It has a complete precision machining assembly line for floor drain products. All critical dimensions (including deodorant core mating surfaces, sealing steps, and threads) are fully processed by imported 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, with tolerances stably controlled within ±0.01mm. The fit clearance between the deodorant core and the main body is controlled within 0.05–0.08mm (the industry average ranges from 0.15–0.30mm), which completely eliminates the problem of "persistent odor even after installation".
